Arsene advises Ardian Real Estate in the acquisition of two Paris buildings

Arsene advised Ardian Real Estate in preparation for the acquisition of a building located Place de Rio-de-Janeiro near Monceau Park as well as Europe 1 headquarters located Rue François 1er in the heart of the Paris Golden Triangle. Two pending sale agreements were signed to acquire the two office buildings.

The first transaction relates to an office building on 2, Place Rio-de-Janeiro in the 8th arrondissement in Paris, near Monceau Park. This real estate complex will undergo full restructuring to achieve Prime standard asset positioning.

The second transaction relates to the acquisition of Europe 1 headquarters, the radio station’s historic headquarters since 1955 located 26-32 rue François 1er in the 8th arrondissement in Paris, in the heart of the city’s Golden Triangle. This real estate complex will undergo full restructuring, especially to optimise office space and reach Prime standards, and to create new high-end commercial space.
