Noémie was sworn in in January 2014 and began her career with the law firm Arsene Taxand.

Noémie has acquired expertise in corporate taxation for national and international groups, particularly in the distribution and construction sector, which she assists on a daily basis in the context of internal restructurings but also on various tax issues.

Her activity also includes a transactional dimension with investment funds or management
investors in the following missions:

• Tax Due Diligence / Vendor Tax Due Diligence ;
• Structuring ;
• Management Package.
