Vincent joined Arsene in 2006 and helped build the Transfer Pricing department as well as the Business Structuring department and service line at Taxand.

Vincent’s expertise is in transfer pricing , issues, especially in retail, asset management and food and beverage:

  • Transfer pricing policy structuring;
  • Asset assessment in a tax context (intragroup flows and restructuring);
  • Tax administration relationship management;
  • Documentation engineering.

Vincent is a member of the Management Committee at Arsene.
