Arsene advises Abénex in the acquisition of Silvya Terrade

Arsene advised Abénex in the acquisition of Groupe Silvya Terrade from Apax Partners Development.

Groupe Silvya Terrade is the largest network of cosmetic and hairstyling schools in France, preparing students for all types of Aesthetic, Cosmetic, Fragrance and Hairstyling diplomas with over 4,800 students per year in their schools across France and Switzerland. The group also moderates a network of over 3,000 professional partners (brands, institutes, salons, etc.) and works with 500 professors.

With the financial support of Abénex, Groupe Silvya Terrade aims at achieving continued external growth to extend its network of schools and increase investments in digital projects and RNCP certification development.

The team at Arsene was in charge of tax due diligence as well as tax structuring for Abénex, and was constituted of Alexandre Rocchi, Partner and Vincent Briand, Manager.
